If you are looking for a safe way for your child to spend their summer, we’ve taken out the guess work for you and rounded up a list of awesome local camps offering programs from sports to theater, academics to dance and all the fun, games and traditions in between. The Art of Dance Summer is focused on Fun, Dance and Acro for ages 1 thru Adult. For young dancers we have themed camps with dance and crafts; Princess, Frozen, Barbie and more. There are afternoon camps for school age dancers and weekly classes for everyone in Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary and Acro. For the serious dancer we have a Summer Dance Intensive (9:30-3pm) (with all styles of dance) August 12th-16th, and a Ballet Intensive July 22nd-26th (9:30-3pm) with faculty from NYC and LA.

CakeOholic I want my cake & eat it too – is calling all kids and teens, for a week of crazy, delicious desserts / food experimenting, all the while learning how to bake / cook your favorite desserts entirely from scratch with quality ingredients. All week you’ll get a hands-on experience and cover fundamentals of baking that will kick off your desire in pursuit of becoming a pastry chef.

We offer 6 weeks of camp and have 10 open position each week. Each week will have a different theme.

For over 10 years, Centenary University has welcomed high school students from all over the world to experience college life. The Summer Academy is a high school pre-college program for rising grades 9-12 offering courses in business, sciences, and the arts. Courses are taught by Centenary University Professors for an authentic university experience. Each program offers overnight accommodations with three meals and evening activities. These non-credit courses provide an in-depth study designed for enrichment and exploration.

Centercourt Adventure Camp weeks are filled with fun, accomplishment, discovery, and new friendships. Camper activities include Gaga, Pool Fun, Fun Fridays, Color Wars, Sports Games, Inflatables, Ninja Warrior Course & More! We offer weekly sessions June 24th – August 30th at Centercourt Mt. Freedom Summer Day Camp is a coed multi-sport camp for kids of all skill levels. FDC offers children the opportunity to engage in recreational sports and activities in a fun and safe environment. Located at the impressive Indoor Sports Pavilion in Randolph. The facility features two BRAND NEW 32,000 sq ft turf fields made of 100% recycled materials for indoor activities; as well as lunch rooms, a game room, and a crafts area.

Daily activities at FDC include dodgeball, wiffleball, soccer, kickball, flag football, cornhole, capture the flag, basketball, crafts, video games, and board games. Each day has a fun filled theme for the campers and staff to participate in. Previous daily themes include Fair Day, Mission Impossible, Game Show, Funky Friday, FDC Olympics, Movie on the Turf, Scavenger Hunt, Water Wars, FDC’s Got Talent, Color Wars, Beyond the Board, Campers vs Counselors, and more!

Freedom Summer Day Camp offers flexible scheduling options for busy parents. Camp takes place from 9am-4pm with AM and PM half-day options as well as before and after care from 7am and to 6pm. Camp is available for boys and girls ages 4 through to 14.

GSB Summer Camp is an ACA-accredited, co-ed camp designed for children aged three to fifteen. It’s a classic summer camp that goes beyond the ordinary, providing campers with unique experiences outside of the traditional activities. In addition to arts, crafts, GaGa, and swim lessons, we focus on nurturing life and social skills and on helping campers develop self-confidence and a strong sense of accomplishment. In addition to the theme-oriented and project-based learning in the classroom, our camps integrate sports activities to keep the learning active and fun!

Summer Voices is Music in the Somerset Hills’ popular annual program for young singers. Rising 2-12th graders will enjoy 4 days of group activities, individual singing, and musicianship building sessions with an amazing faculty of music professionals. Schiff’s Summer Nature Program (SNP) offers a healthy dose of fresh air, active fun, exploration, and creative play while immersed in nature with an overarching integration of environmental education. Children ages 6- 16 are completely unplugged spending their time at Schiff embracing nature through hiking, habitat exploration, shelter building, animal tracking, wineberry picking, nature inspired games and crafts, including Schiff’s signature tie dye t-shirt making!
