National Night Out @ Madison Public Safety Complex
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes strong first responder-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live and work. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and first responders while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
On Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, residents throughout Madison and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on their outside lights, and spend the evening with neighbors, the Madison Police Department, Madison Fire Department, Madison EMS, the Mayor & Council, as well as other borough departments – including the Morris County Sheriff’s Office.
