Sky Safari – Portable Planetarium @ Kemmerer Library

In case you missed this exciting program, Sky Safari will be returning to the library.  This time we will be exploring the moon.

Sky Safari uses a portable planetarium experience designed to make astronomy accessible and exciting for all children. By inspiring curiosity in space science, this program provides access to astronomy education, and uniquely supports STEM efforts. A BenQ MH733 projector, a custom spherical mirror setup and a professional star dome, creates a mini-planetarium capable of displaying immersive full-dome astronomy shows. Children will be guided through tours of the night sky, space phenomena, and other various astronomy concepts.
