Tell us a little about yourself…
As a mother of four, and the Group Fitness Lead at Crunch Morristown, I’m in a very unique position. I understand what we sacrifice when we become moms. Our wants and needs take a backseat to the well being of those around us. But, as a Zumba and Ride Instructor I also understand the importance of health and wellness, and how much of an impact being healthy and strong has on my ability to be the best mom I can be.

What do you love about the Crunch Select Gym of Morristown?

What’s your best advice for someone looking to get started at Crunch?
If you’re new to the gym, you can get started with one-on-one personal training, where a world- class personal trainer will structure an individualized training program just for you, and help you learn how to use the equipment. If you’re not ready for all that attention, bring a friend – or two -and get fit in a small group training session where a trainer will guide your group through a circuit of exercises. Or maybe you just want to come in and get your heart racing; jump into any one of the group fitness classes, including: Ride, HIIT, Zumba, Pilates, and Dance. Of course, if it’s relaxation you’re looking for, stretch out with Yoga or Barre. Like I said, there’s something for everyone. As for me, I love to dance! If you’re still not sure where to start, stop at the front desk and grab a Free Class Pass! That will let you sit in on any class until you find the one – or ones – that are right for you.

What kind of memberships do you offer?
Memberships start $39.99 a month. There are no contracts, and you can upgrade, or downgrade your membership any time.
