Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in the Morris Bernards area?
I was born in New Jersey, where I grew up in Edison and Scotch Plains. I attended Mount Saint Mary Academy for high school, went to college at Villanova, then lived in NYC and Hoboken. My husband and I bought our first home in Allendale, part of Bergen County, where we had our son and I started my business. We recently moved here, and our life currently spans dual parts of the Morris Bernards area while we stay in downtown Morristown and our future home in Gladstone is under construction.

Yes, I am an interior designer and owner of Pheasant Lane Designs. We are a studio serving mainly residential clients across NJ, from north to south!
When did you decide you wanted to be an Interior Designer?
I decided to be an interior designer at a very young age. I even shared it as my “future ambition” in my 8th grade yearbook!
If you could give one tip to fellow Mom Entrepreneurs what would it be?
It takes time along with very intentional choices, big and small.
